Indulge in a Wellness day out …

Start: 10:30am – Finish: 2:45pm Enjoy the scenic and relaxing journey through the Avon Valley, situated within the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia via the AvonLink train service. The train leaves from the East Perth terminal at 8:55am (returning from Toodyay at 3:06pm) where plenty of parking is available. You simply hop on, kick back and enjoy the ride. We will meet you at the Toodyay Train Station on arrival, just after 10am and get you to the venue where morning tea is waiting prior to the workshop kicking off at 10:30am. The 9-Dimensions of Wellness starter workshop is a great introduction to exploring your Wellness.  The workshop is run over 3 ½ hours (lunch and refresh breaks make up the extra hour) and navigates you through the 9-dimensions model, looking at the various aspects of YOU that make and keep you well. It will become the beginning of your Lifelong journey to wellness and includes a Wellness Starter workbook. Conscious Conversations: let’s chat?

Conscious Conversations underpin everything we do in life.  This workshop will enable you to learn about communicating authentically and effectively. You will explore the components involved in great (conscious) conversations while participating in many over a sumptuous long table learning lunch. Learning to communicate authentically, that is, being conscious and mindful (present) is one of the best skill sets anyone can hold.  This session will set you off on the path to better understanding YOU, while creating the ability to participate in fabulous conversations (even ones, that may at first seem tough). This event runs over 3 ½ hours; it includes a sumptuous lunch and Conversation workbook.  For those that like to explore, learn and journal the Spells for Wellness Journal is available for purchase.

This Workshop will introduce you to the wonderful activity of journaling as a creative, spiritual, emotional and intellectual pursuit. It will provide opportunity for you to ‘be in the moment’ and experience mindfulness, a key ingredient for resilience.  Journaling provides a mechanism to off-load your thoughts and feelings in a relaxing, safe environment.  It’s safe, because it’s all about you. You write, draw, doodle as much or as little as you want.
