Is there something you are puzzling over right now? Not sure what to do?
Is there something that is making you toss and turn at night? Something you are worried about?
Let me assure you, everything (yes, everything) can be resolved
Here is an ACTIVITY to help you along and prove that there is a greater ‘something’ out there that will assist you to achieve everything you desire in life. The key is having faith, persistence and being truly grateful for everything that life dishes up, regardless of what that may be!

Follow these steps: (or download print version here)
- Read this Activity
- Go grab pen, paper and an envelope
- Reframe the ‘thing’ that is bothering you into a question
- Place it into an envelope and pop it under your pillow
- Invoke the Resolve SPELL as you go to bed
You are literally going to sleep on it and allow the greater forces to assist you.
Let go of the need to know and the knowing will come to you.
Relax and think about how you will feel when your ‘thing’ is resolved. Take those feelings to bed with you, and enjoy a good nights sleep.
You may need to do this activity for 7-days or longer to get a result.
Many things can interfere with your ability to find resolve:
- Your belief in actually getting a response/resolve
- Opposing thoughts you are having
– be very aware of ALL the thoughts you are having around your ‘thing’
- How anxious your ‘thing’ is making you feel
– a good opportunity to remember that regrets from the past and anxiety for the future is not helpful. Living in the present moment and being grateful is a better place to be
- How conscious you are to all thoughts of action and to the prods and prompts of actions to take
- Knowing when our own thoughts and actions are contrary to actually achieving resolve
– that is, when you know there is an action to take, but you choose not to
