This Workshop will introduce you to the wonderful activity of journaling as a creative, spiritual, emotional and intellectual pursuit. It will provide opportunity for you to ‘be in the moment’ and experience mindfulness, a key ingredient for resilience. Journaling provides a mechanism to off-load your thoughts and feelings in a relaxing, safe environment. It’s safe, because it’s all about you. You write, draw, doodle as much or as little as you want.

Learn about Self: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®This is a fun and engaging workshop, held in one of the many magnificent Toodyay historical venues with fabulous local produce put together by our local talented foodies. The workshops combine great learning content and great food and beverage to set your mind, body and soul on fire! The thing about the MBTI® is it provides insights into questions such as – have you ever wondered why you immediately hit it off with some people and find others challenging or difficult? The MBTI® is a personality assessment that indicates psychological preferences in how we perceive the world and make decisions. It came about through the work of Katharine Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myer. They wanted a tool that would make the work of Psychologist Carl Gustav Jung useful in everyday life … and they nailed it!
Just Journal – eLearningAre you a Lifelong Learner that likes to learn, but prefer to do it at your pace and in your own time? Learn to ‘Just Journal’ in your own time, is a session designed specifically for you. When you sign up, you are provided with a link to the downloadable Just Journal Workbook. You can also participate in online Q&A coaching sessions via the Lifelong Learning Conscious Conversations Facebook Group. This is a closed group for learners just like you, where you can explore topics, share insights, ask questions and hang out with others who are exploring also.
